The shop of the fair price seller of Kondra Jahangirpur, Gram Panchayat of Hasayan in Hathras has been cancelled. At the same time, the shop of fair price seller Pradeep Kumar of Chhitupur village has been suspended by DSO Dhruvraj Yadav.
A complaint was received about the fair price vendor shop of Kondra Jahangirpur Gram Panchayat of Block Hasayan that the prescribed quantity of food grains was not being distributed by the fair price vendor Sukhdev Singh. Investigating officers reached the spot and took statements from 38 ration card holders. Ration card holders said that instead of five kg per unit, food grains are being given at four kg per unit. Explanation was also taken from the ration dealer, but the supply department has canceled the license of the shop due to the explanation not being found satisfactory and due to shortfall and making rounds of ration by getting the thumb impression of the card holders. DSO Dhruvraj Yadav said that the shop of fair price seller Sukhdev Singh has been cancelled.
The shop of fair price seller Pradeep Kumar of village Chhitupur has been suspended by DSO Dhruvraj Yadav. On the instructions of the government, food grains were to be distributed from January 10. When information was received regarding non-distribution of food grains by January 15, it was found that a case was registered against the said ration dealer. The ration dealer is absconding in case the case has been registered. Due to this, ration is not being distributed. On this basis the shop has been suspended.
